Add or Remove Template Elements

Templates expand or shrink to fit your content. If you want to add or remove an element within an email template, simply copy and paste or cut. Please see the sidebar about avoiding email overload.

To select an entire sub-table element,

  1. Click the move icon in the upper left corner to select all of it, then copy. Note the move icon is visible in the Outlook editor only after placing the cursor into a sub-table element.
  2. To add the element, place the cursor below the sub-table element (not within it). Use the right-arrow key, then paste.
  3. To remove the element, use cut.
