Tracking Results with Email Metrics

Running Account Reports

Within Track Results are several tabs available for the different reporting options. The Account tab displays the PoliteMail users (if more than one) you may run reports on, otherwise it just runs the Account report for all tracked messages sent.

To view the Account Metrics report for any particular user:

  1. Click Track Results.
  2. From the Account/Users tab, double-click on the user name you want to report on.
  3. If you want to compare two users, click the check box for each of the users you want to report on, then select Account Metrics from the toolbar at the top of the list.
