Microsoft recently made an update to Outlook that impacts all COM add-ins.  As a result, PoliteMail had trouble accessing their Settings, Lists, Content, Campaigns, and Results.  If this has impacted you, here’s how to fix it:

For PoliteMail users running Version 4.7: Download the latest PoliteMail add in software. This client software will include an update to the registry key that will restore the folder homepage.

The new PoliteMail client software can be downloaded directly from this link:
https://www.politemail.com/client.zip

After installation is complete, restart your computer.

For users running PoliteMail Version 4.6 and below: It’s recommended to schedule an update of the software with our server support team at your earliest convenience. In the meantime, you can run a script that will update the registry key that will restore the folder homepage without downloading any new PoliteMail client software.

The script can be downloaded directly from this link:
https://comms.pmail4.com/enablehomepages.zip

After running the script, restart your computer.

To schedule your software update please contact serversupport@politemail.com.
This update is part of your standard services package and incurs no additional fees.
